We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery, which is why we partner with top-tier courier services, including Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Xpressbees and others. This allows us to provide you with reliable and efficient delivery of all your orders.

Charges:
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Timelines:
· All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 7-10 business days for dispatch of all orders.
· During peak season, festival, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10-15 days depending on the situation. We will notify you via email or call if such delays occur.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we ask that you record an unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery. Send the images, video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency.
Process:
Once your item(s) pass through quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
Prepaid & COD orders:
Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, you can mail your cancellation request to us at support@apnyapparel.in or call our customer support number, +91 81530 43547 from Monday to Friday. (10 AM till 5 PM)

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please note that a 30% advance payment of the order value is required at the time of placing the order, and the remaining 70% balance can be paid upon delivery.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items marked at 40% off or more are considered as Final Sale.
