• We accept Return and Exchange for items purchased only through the APNY online store www.apnyapparel.in
• We accept the Return and Exchange within 7 days of the delivery.
• The return item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the APNY tag.
• Please include the packing slip inside the package when you will return your product.
• Final Sale: Sale items marked at 40% off or more are considered Final Sale. Those products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund, after we receive your return product.

• To request a return, please send us an email on support@apnyapparel.in within 7 days of delivery (if the product is eligible for return).
• Note: Only one return per order is allowed.
• Customers must drop the product at the nearest courier service and provide the tracking number via email.
• Once we receive the returned product, our team will verify the condition of the product.
• After verification, the refund amount will be credited to your APNY Wallet.
• Wallet Credit Validity: The wallet credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue, after which it will expire.
• Verification Timeline: Our team will verify your request within 2 working days (48 hours) of submission.

Inspection: The product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it is in its original condition and that all labels are intact.

• You can place another order for the correct size or style.
• Please process the return request for your original order. According to the above return procedure.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your APNY Wallet. You may then place a new order with the correct size using the APNY Wallet amount.
